I love to use the ProStretch Plus and Tuli's Heel Cups. Check out www.Medi-Dyne.com ! It really helped me hope your pain goes away! The body is an interconnective chain so what you are experiencing with plantar fasciitis can result in long term with pain in your pain in your back and so on. I used to wear flip flops everywhere those were out. I did freeze a water bottle and then roll my foot on it several times a day. I had the heavy duty ibuprofen and it took a bit but I am feeling all better.
