I have been in California visiting my two daughters and the those cute little grandsons. In just 3 months they have changed so much, they smile, watch you, started cooing and just melting their grandma's heart. So adorable. Can't wait for my next visit. I did get to help my oldest daughter get her new apartment in order and rode Bart to San Francisco. While there I played tourist, you would think that since I was born and lived in Sacramento area that I had been on a cable car but I hadn't. So that is what we did, rode one to Fisherman's Wharf. So much fun. "The man of the place" has been caring for the chickens. And thank goodness we have had rain while I have been gone, if not I afraid my garden would be dead. I am anxious about what I'll find. This was unplanned visit so I did not start putting in my fall crop. I figured I would do that a couple of weeks ago. Glad I waited.
