Pam had told me about how she and her husband have been doing this Whole30 challenge. messageofhope.com It's based on a book written by Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, called It Starts With Food and then an additional book that they written called The Whole30 Being that my major in college ( 20 years ago) was Nutritional Science, anything that have to do with food and nutrition just perks my ears right up. I had not heard of this challenge before and of course my curiosity got the best of me. Pam was speaking of the positive benefits she had been experiencing while doing this eating plan.
