Joining in Quiltathon Day 1

I was suppose to have our stitch group today but with most of us out and about it was cancelled, so what am  I to do?
Well I could give my house a good cleaning, NOPE
I could can the apples I have, MAYBE (squeeze it in)
Read blogs, I would like to but,  NOPE
I had my mind set on it and I have a few things I need to complete before "the man of the place " is home on vacation next week. (Can't get any sewing done when he's home)
So to give me the feel like I'm with others stitching, I'm joining in with Judy at Patchwork Times
in what she calls a Quiltathon.  You devote yourself anytime in these next 4 days to quilting/sewing  and posting about it off and on showing what's up and what you get done.
I wish I could say I can devote all day, all 4 days to sewing but around here I have some things I need to do. You know farm chores but I am going to devote the time not doing chores to sewing and not anything else.
Well what will I start with
The boarder to the William Morris top

I'll update here in a while.

  1. Love the colors can't wait to see it finished

  2. What a beautiful quilt! Looking forward to seeing how you set it together.

Welcome friends to share a thought, I enjoy reading them and will try my best to reply back by email most of the time. But if you do not hear back it's because you are a no-reply blogger.
