Oops, Day 16

 


I have lost day somewhere, well yesterday that is.

I had my last appointment until next year and then went to the grocery store and Costco. It was dinner time by the time I got home.  Another day shot to hell sort of.

I was so tired afterward that I fell asleep very early.


Today was a very good day but I have nothing to show for it.

I met with my stitch sisters today.

I haven’t seen any of them since 2019. Between my mom dealing with her cancer, which took her life, the pandemic and then all what I’ve been through this year, 2 years have passed.

We sat and all caught up on each other’s life. The other ladies have seen each other on a few occasions in those 2 years but not much.

I have no pictures at all of today and apologize for such a disappointing post. Reads more like a journal entry.

But I felt I owed you some sort of appearance.

I’ll make it up to you tomorrow

  After some thought I came up with a general "get to" list for a pre - Autumn preparation. I had mentioned a couple in the last post. I will keep those and have added a few more. How to Make a Portable Design Wall

I had wanted to get a portable design wall to take to retreats but did not want to pay the price. Looked at various pins on pinterest and took ideas from more than one to come up with my verison. It worked out great and only cost a fraction of the price. The PVC pipes, joints and 2 yards of felt cost under $22.00 My design wall is 4' x 4' which stands approximately 5 1/5' tall. For this size need 2 - 10ft length of 3/4" PVC pipe for the frame and 4ft of 1" PVC pipe for the feet Cut the 3/4" PVC into 4 - 4' section                                                                                       2 - 1' section              Cut the 1"  PVC into 4 - 1' section        ...

Fun Time with Dots
