A Tuesday Treasure

Over at The House on the Side of the Hill she has a linky party where you share a treasure and mine I'm sharing is one of my egg cup holder. It is right now, one of my favorites. 


This is a vintage 6 egg cup holder I call My Monks, these are Weiss Pottery Monks, so it can easily chip. I have not had them appraised so I going to give a guess on age but I was told at the time I bought them they were from 1930's. 
I think they are just so happy and they put a smile on my face every time I look at them. Love them.
So this is my treasure.

    We had soft boiled eggs and used egg cups all the time when I grew up. I have never owned an egg cup holder. Wonder why???? This one is just fabulous. I love it.

How to Make a Portable Design Wall

I had wanted to get a portable design wall to take to retreats but did not want to pay the price. Looked at various pins on pinterest and took ideas from more than one to come up with my verison. It worked out great and only cost a fraction of the price. The PVC pipes, joints and 2 yards of felt cost under $22.00 My design wall is 4' x 4' which stands approximately 5 1/5' tall. Fun Time with Dots
