My daughter found out yesterday what she is going to have, and it's not one of each Boy/Girl but
BOY! OH BOY!
Bless her heart she is going to have two little guys and boy will she have her hands full.
One thing about about most boys, they look after their Moms. I think it's that protector mode they have.
I can't wait, I had 3 girls myself so this will be all new for me too.
Now I'm on the look out for boy related things to make.
Any ideas, I would love to hear them.
congrats! that's awesome.... boys are fun.
ReplyDeleteI have one of each, now 9 and 7, the boy was harder in the beginning, but now he's the sweetest caring young man (9), my daughter was easy and cute now she's starting to show the sassy-ness, how she can get away with anything around Daddy or close to it, oh boy, I don't know about teenage years :-)
Wonderful! I raised two boys. What fun! No ideas come to mind. But here's some advice. Keep those little guys covered up when diapering them, unless you like taking a "wee" shower!
ReplyDeleteI never knew anything about raising boys, but I had two boys and they have been the delight of my life. What fun is ahead :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's gonna be a good time, mom! I'm a little nervous since being raised in a household full of girls ... but it's gonna be a fun challenge. =)
ReplyDeleteOh how exciting. Congratulations. I know a cute project for boys .. maybe for when they are a little older but google Annie Downs from Hatched and Patched in Australia and take a look at her "Boys Story" Quilt. It is on my to do list this year for my little nephew
ReplyDeleteVery exciting! I can see some very hectic and fun moments coming up. Little boys are just the sweetest.
ReplyDeleteCongrats! I'm so happy for you!
